PRO HAC VICE SPONSOR & LOCAL COUNSEL LAWYER

I provide Pro Hac Vice Sponsorship and Local Counsel Representation in Civil and Criminal Matters in DC District Court, DC Superior Court, and the District Court of Appeals for DC.
As the capital city of our great nation, Washington, D.C. hosts a constant flow of tourists and visitors from around the world who come to enjoy our rich history, museums, culture, and attractions. Whether these visitors are here on business or pleasure, they do sometimes encounter local law enforcement and may find themselves charged with a criminal offense like DUI, assault, drug possession, or another criminal or traffic violation.

If you are an attorney outside the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area who is representing a client facing criminal charges in the District, I can assist you through the process of pro hac vice admission in either the Superior Court for the District of Columbia or the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Either as a sponsor for your pro hac vice application, or as local counsel assisting both you and your client through the life of the case, I can help to ease the burden of this somewhat daunting task.

Pro Hac Vice Admission in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia

As most of the world witnessed in late January 2018, the rules for admission to the District Court for the District of Columbia were on full display when Roger Stone's attorney's failed to properly apply for admission. Don't make the same mistake, not only because it looks bad but also because it's an easy mistake to avoid.

I can assist you through the process of applying for pro hac vice admission to the District Court for the District of Columbia. Similar to the D.C. Courts, the District Court for D.C. requires a sponsor and that you are in good standing in your home jurisdiction. In addition, your sponsor must file a written motion with the Court and you must provide letters of good standing in addition to paying a fee for each attorney to be admitted PVH.
