CRIMINAL JUSTICE REPRESENTATION

Nobody is ever fully prepared for an arrest. Yet anyone, at any time, can be accused of a crime. In Florida, crimes are broken into two distinct categories: Misdemeanors and Felonies. First Degree Misdemeanors are punishable by a maximum $1,000.00 Fine and up to a year in jail. Felonies can range from first to third degree with possible penalties of life imprisonment and/or death.

No matter the charge you or your loved one is facing, it is crucial to seek competent and aggressive legal representation at the earliest possible stage of the case. We prepare every defense with trial in mind, which essentially means every motion, argument, and deposition fulfills a specific purpose in our theory of innocence.

The United States Constitution guarantees your right to a fair trial and that you will be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond and to the exclusion of all reasonable doubts. We hold the government to their burden and force the State to uphold your rights.
